Terms for Artwork, Logos and Uploaded Content

By uploading a company logo or other artwork for the Company Edition sample, you confirm that:

• you own the content, or have permission from its owner to use it for this purpose;
• it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; and
• you will not hold Veneto Technology responsible if the content turns out to infringe a right you were not aware of.

Uploaded content must not contain:

• Copyright-infringing material
• Explicit sexual content
• Hateful content
• Illegal content
• Violent or extremist content
• Content involving minors without appropriate authorization
• Trademarks or brand identities you are not authorized to use

Veneto Technology reserves the right to decline production of any submitted content that does not meet these terms, and will contact you to request an alternative file.

Your sample is a physical, one-off 200 × 200 mm demonstration piece produced live at Hall 2 — Stand C7. We do not retain manufacturing rights over your logo or artwork beyond what is needed to produce that sample and, if you separately authorize it, to retain the processed file for future discussions — see our Photo Consent page.
